Msgr. Christopher Isiko, who was the oldest and most senior priest in the diocese, passed away on October 5, 2025, at Nsambya Hospital. According to the burial arrangements and program from the office of the Chancellor (Fr. Gerald Muto), the body will arrive at Rubaga Cathedral on Tuesday, 7th Oct 2025 at 10:00 am, and the Mass at 12 noon. Thereafter the body will be taken to Walukuba Parish for a vigil. Finally, on Wednesday, 8th Oct 2025 at 12 noon, the Funeral Mass will begin, which will be followed by the burial of Msgr. Christopher at Walukuba Parish.
